Varnishing of boards

Mega Overflade-Teknik has a high-tech coating system, which enables the company to paint all types of boards.

It can, for example, be overhang boards, stern boards or underlay boards. We paint on four sides and pack them either in 5 pieces. in each bundle or in bundle sizes that are adapted to the customer's wishes for handling the material.

The plant enables us to compete with virtually everyone in Europe when we talk about "high volume" quantities.

Staining of wooden items

Mega Overflade-Teknik is also able to color and stain wooden items. The company has many years of experience with this type of treatment.

This type of treatment is widely used in the kitchen industry and in the furniture industry, among other things.

Drying by natural air exchange

At Mega Overflade-Teknik, quality and handling of the customers' products are never compromised. All items are placed on drying trolleys and dried by natural air exchange until the items have the correct quality.

The process helps to ensure 100% adhesion and thus ensures that the surface is perfect for polishing and ready for further treatment.

This type of drying helps ensure that the final finish is perfect, glossy and smooth.

Lacquering of plastics

Mega Overflade-Teknik is a leader in painting all types of plastics. Like here, composite profiles.

Mega Overflade-Teknik has many years of experience in painting such profiles. The profile types range widely, but are mainly used within the window industry. These are frames, bars, bottom pieces, etc.

​

Mega Overflade-Teknik has also helped to develop the last new lacquer for this form of material. The development has taken place in collaboration with Akzo Nobel, which has simultaneously been responsible for all the tests that must be carried out in order for such a varnish to be approved for this product.

​

The paint type is approved and has passed all tests with top marks. The varnish is also the only one of its kind on the market that is water-based.
